Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOKKOM. We strive to process and ship your coffee gear as quickly and safely as possible.

 Order Processing & Shipping Times:
All orders are processed within1-2 business days. Orders placed after  12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout

 Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days - Calculated at checkout

 Order Tracking & Address Changes:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us at mokkombusiness@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
MOKKOM is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. If your package is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can file a claim.

 International Shipping, Customs, and Duties:
We ship globally. However,MOKKOM is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned at the customer's expense (which will be deducted from any potential refund).
