Return Policy
We stand behind our professional coffee gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a [30-day] return window from the date of delivery.
● Return Conditions :
To be eligible for a full refund, items MUST be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
○ For Grinders: The grinder must NOT have been used to grind coffee beans. Grinders that show signs of coffee residue, burr wear, or use will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or may be rejected for return.
● Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, customized parts, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
● Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival):
If your product is defective out of the box, please contact us within [7 days] of receipt at [Email] with photos/videos. We will cover the return shipping and issue a free replacement immediately.
● Return Process & Shipping Costs:
1. Email [Email] with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
2. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
● Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5-7 business days].
