Warranty Policy

MOKKOM provides a [1-Year] Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on all our electric coffee grinders, starting from the date of original purchase.

 What is Covered:
This warranty exclusively covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended residential use. For grinders, this includes motor failures, electronic board malfunctions, and internal mechanism defects.

 What is NOT Covered:
This warranty is void and does not cover:

1. Wear & Tear Parts: Consumable parts that naturally wear over time, specifically Grinding Burrs, scratch marks on the anodized finish, and silicone bellows.

2. Damage caused by improper maintenance, failure to clean, or foreign objects (e.g., stones) dropped into the grinder.

3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, drops, or voltage mismatch (e.g., plugging a 110V grinder into a 220V outlet).

4. Unauthorized modifications, disassembly of the motor housing, or third-party repairs.

5. Commercial use of home-grade grinders (Human-induced damage is not covered under the warranty.).

 How to Claim & Shipping for Warranty:
Please email [Email] with your order ID, serial number (if applicable), and a video demonstrating the issue.

 If the claim is within [30 days] of purchase, [Brand Name] will cover shipping costs for the repair/replacement.

 After [30 days],the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs for returning the faulty machine to the repair center.
